Pricing
Prices are quoted Freight-on-Board (FOB) in Canadian or US dollars and do not include shipping/insurance or local taxes.

A deposit of 50 % is required to confirm the order. The remaining 50% of the purchase price and the actual shipping/insurance charges prior to shipment. Ontario residents must also pay applicable provincial sales and GST taxes .

As a special service to our US clients, we will clear your consignment through US Customs and arrange to have it shipped directly to you duty-paid from inside the US. This significantly reduces your shipping/insurance costs.

Methods of Payment
We accept: all major credit cards (AMEX, Visa, Master card); bank draft, money order, or cashier's check in US Dollars; or funds transfer using the SWIFT international funds transfer banking system (which can be arranged through your local bank). We will provide our banking details at time of confirming the order.

Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on whether or not the ship you have chosen is in inventory and if not at what stage of construction it is at. Since each ship is a work of art, it is possible that delivery time may be up to 4 to 6 months if it is not in inventory. We will keep you posted as to how the construction is proceeding and when you may expect it. Order early! Believe us, it will be worth waiting for!

Shipping and Insurance
Shipping rates vary significantly from country to country. We ship our models by the most economical means of Express Courier or Air Cargo. When placing an order and we have your shipping details, we will obtain a quote for shipping and insurance. Once the consignment has been picked up by the carrier, we will immediately notify you of the air waybill/automated tracking number and estimated date of arrival.

Packing
Our models are extremely well packed and crated in plywood boxes. Display cases are shipped disassembled and without glass.

Guarantee
If you are not totally satisfied with your model, simply return it to us for a full refund.
